After talking for a couple of hours or less my throat actually gets sore. I think this is partially because of my introvert personality. I was wondering if other people get this problem?

By a weird coincidence, I saw an advert for a course about public speaking at the weekend and one of the key things it said it taught was how to use your voice in order to look after it, for people who do a lot of talking as part of their daily routine. I'm afraid I don't know the fine detail of it but it does seem that you can train yourself to speak a certain way to avoid getting sore throats.
