Why does my ships clock sound one bell at 13 minutes before the hour?

Why does my ships clock sound one bell at 13 minutes before the hour? All other rings are normal. Only thing I can find close to this is that Titanic adjusted it's clocks at 47 minutes on its last voyage. Clockmaker was Wempe.

that might be the actual issue with your clock you might try resetting it if you want to do something about it sometimes it can mean the clock is running out of battery time if it has any batterys but it very well could mean something totally different
