My head jerks to the right down to my shoulder quite often and I don't know why. I haven't noticed any certain time it occurs, but it happens very regularly. Please help, thanks

Nutritional deficiencies are quite common among American teens, especially magnesium. (Bed wetting is the most common symptom.) What you describe could be several things. Doctors have no training in nutrition, so there is no point in asking one; you just have to learn the business yourself. Adele Davis is still the most popular author, even though her books were published fifty years ago. www.amazon.com/Adelle-Davis/e/B001J3RULO
