Why does my cousin have ellipsey seizures?

My little cousin Markus has ellipsey seizures and he's been diagnosed with them since he was born. Why does he ellipsey seizures when I suddenly talk to him?

it has to do with getting excited and mabe having seizures that are really not controled so they are really still trying to get control of them what medicine works which one doesn't it takes time sometimes
