So I work area preschool, and my boss (director ) is always gossiping about parents and children. She says that their is something wrong with a child that they are not OK, they have drugs in their system etc. It s so wrong for her to say these things. Now the way she treats the employees, it s exhausting ! She is in the class 89 % of the time . Telling is what to do but she complains that we don t do anything. When we present a n idea or have a routine that we want to do she ignores it and demands for us to do it her way. Do any of your bosses behave like this ?
