If I eat nothing with fiber or even drink coffee my stools turn into hard rocks. It's annoying tell me why. I'm 16.

Fiber holds the food together as it moves through the system. Fiber absorbs water, and that is what keeps it soft. So if you get enough fiber your stools are soft but hold together. Wheat bran is the best fiber: two slices of whole grain bread per day. Veggies with every meal are good too. You should study some books about nutrition so you know things like this.
