Why does google know most of the questions we ask?

The internet is a vast place! Everyone adds their own information, videos, games, etc. Google's job, as a search engine, is to help you find what you're looking for in the Internet.

It's kinda like the Internet is a library, and Google is a librarian, if you know what I mean.

So if you ask, "How do I make an origami crane?" then Google will search for the information (it's usually split up into short keywords):
origami crane, how, make

And then gives the info to you!

So really it's more like you're asking the world instead of Google, because people around the world add the info. Google finds it for you.

Hope this helped! Google on! :))

Google does not know anything, it merely looks up something somebody has on file with the same words you use. I guess actually Google does know a few things. It knows all the synonyms and closely related words. For instance I recently searched for "caphalon" and Google gave me links to Calphalon, the cookware manufacturer.

Besides that, people keep asking the same questions over and over, and most or all of them have already been answered.
