I would suggest cleaning your system out with massive poops. Try to avoid water splashing on you from the toilet. If anything, at least spit on the toilet seat as a lubricant.

Peer pressure has been the main advocate of endangerment since the 1990s, and popularity is spreading like wildfire.
If one were to ask how old the average "sucker" is, they may be surprised to hear between the ages 12-17. Unfortunately, this age range has been progressively growing overtime. Please, spread awareness and keep your friends and family safe from this embarrassing and downright humiliating practice.

I think it is a perfectly natural condition that people go through in their lifetime and there is NOTHING wrong with it. How would you all feel if someone made fun of you for this? HUH? HUH? THATS RIGHT YOU WOULDN'T LIKE IT. So seriously it's  totally normal and it's rude to make fun of people... especially austin. He seems to be a pretty cool dude.
