Whenever I see a sniper or P90 the scope is like 2 inches away from muzzle. Why does the target aim go off a lot...?

The telescopic sight on a rifle used for sniping is very far back on the rifle to assist with stability and accuracy.
The scope on a P90 is usually a holographic one as the range this weapon is designed for is very close, the P90 itself is not a very long weapon, there must be clearance for the brass being ejected, so it is right at the front, this is not a very accurate weapon on auto..
