i think it's ok to have a favorite movie or celebrity but i think the celebrity lifestyle has been over romanticized in the past 10 - 20 years. give or take. yes celebrities are usually very beautiful and sometimes make cool movies but do we really need to treat them like royalty? another thing i can't stand is TMZ and similar celebrity news programmes that make them look like bad people when alot of them aren't. i also can't stand the papparazi (i don't care if i spelled that wrong.) people who have nothing to do or no real education and taking crapy photos of crotch shots and nipple slips.
i have celebrities that i like but i don't romanticise them. at the end of the day they're just normal people who happen to fall into a pit of money and fame. i think we as a country should stop treating them like royalty.
i think opera is a clear example of mk. i know there is others but i don't care to remember them. but i do like "bill maher" he's one of the few that just tells you the facts and still makes it funny. my family hates him but that's mostly because he's an atheist and that doesn't mean that i'll do what ever he does. i just happen to agree with most things he talks about on his show.
