Why do some guys make sex a big deal?

Maybe his Virgin and he may be a lil shy or neversous also it could be that he had sex before and he may be still in love jus be straight up not to straight bc than he may think ur a well u know jus make some incinuation about it.... they may be raised to respect and honour a girl .. lol or maybe some boys wanna wait til marriage or somethin? its confusin i know . maybe if you just tell him how u feel and what you want and if you both love each other im sure you can come to a conclusion :)
