People give a response like well u need food because it gives you energy. However my understanding is that large amounts of food make you very tyred. Digestion TAKES your energy and people preform worse at work after lunch n especially dinner. I also understand that digestion takes several days so your energy in theory would be depleted 24/7. I understand that it sounds good and makes sense when it's said but when I think about it I just don't understand what food has that a multivitamin doesn't have. Also fasting makes you better, faster, stronger. When you eat food after a fast ur energy almost immediately depletes........ When I take a multivitamin and drink coffee I have perfectly fine energy levels, when I do the same but add food I have less energy........... This generic you need food because it gives you energy answer triggers me, half the people who say it probably don't even understand a digestion process they are just memeing the words other people say because their followers. People can be followers all they want but when I'm told those words now their memed words are effecting my life and make me wonder if I'm crippling myself w my lifestyle. Can anyone explain the u need food ordeal please?

Note: I do eat food occasionally, natural rice nothing added maybe 1, 2 times a week. The concept with 0 food and multivitamin still doesn't make sense tho even if I did do that. So I guess I have 2 questions, am I crippling myself w my lifestyle and also the 0 food only multivitamin concept.
