everyone today can present himself/herself as a nutritionist, a food expert... everywhere on the internet we see.. "healthy" recipes even from youtubers! yes youtubers!people who do not have the required knowledge to advise others.. do so.. at least I am glad about the fact that not registered nutritionists are not protected by the law.. but really shouldn't that stop? like others study so hard to become experts..

It's a common human trait to seek a sense of achievement in one's life. Another common human trait is laziness.
Arbitrarily claiming expert status and touting one's (limited) knowledge is an excellent way of maintaining both of these contradictory traits in one psyche.
Case in point: Me, right now, answering these questions.
