Yeah. Beware of that feeling. Like Bible said, always think that others are superior than yourself. Like Luke 9:48 says For he that conducts himself as a lesser one among all of YOU is the one that is great.

It could be a lack of empathy or ability to see other people's value and skills. Or it could be that you actually are more able than most. I think it's highly unlikely that you could be better than everyone, though. There are over 7,000,000,000 alive today.

Have you done any evaluative testing? Like, say, an IQ test? That'll tell you how rare your intelligence is.

I would suggest this is because you are existing from your point of view, and from your point of view you are the center of everything=you are more important than everything else. Important=of more value than most=better
