I am not at all a drinker. I only really drink when I am in some sort of social situation where drinking is 'expected' in a way. I've never even really been drunk (or at least enough to have a hangover). I never drink red wine because I hate the taste, but that was all my friend had and I wasn't going to refuse. I noticed that the effects were much stronger and fast acting than when I drink white wine. I only had about two glasses (if that!) and before I could even start to really feel the effects I started shaking... A LOT. It was hard for me to even talk. It was mainly coming from my torso area. I could control it for a few seconds at a time by slowing my breath and calming myself down. It was honestly a little humiliating. But she is my best friend so she understood. But There have also been 1 or 2 incidents before this too, just not as severe as this last time it happened. It hasn't happened since then, but I have not had any red wine. I did however have a few shots of rum, vodka, and other hard liquors such as that. I really hope someone and five me answers! Thanks so much for taking time to read this! :)

We shake the wine for getting more oxygen into the wine. Oxygen is a friend and also an enemy of wine. In the beginning, oxygen is really good for a wine because as soon as a wine encounters oxygen, it begins to break down. As the wine opens, it gives off its aromas and also softens. But if you let a wine sit in a glass exposed to oxygen for too long, the oxygen will fully oxidize the wine, ruining it and leaving it with an unpleasant taste. Last month I had gone for a trip to Bordeaux with my friends with the help of rusticvinestours.com,which is a site provides wine tour. I enjoyed a lot there and got some idea about wine. Thanks a lot.
