A few simple tips.
Focus on losing fat not weight. Not eating too much is a must, just follow the daily portion sizes on the labels, you could also cut the portions in half with many of these foods. have half a candy bar instead of the whole thing and put it away, out of site for later. try to get at least 30 minutes of exercise daily and drink at least 4 to 6 cups of water. Sometimes you want to eat less and move more, but it seems impossible to do so. And there might be a good reason: Between living your life, working, and exercising, you’re forgetting to sleep enough. Or maybe, more importantly, you don’t realize that sleep is the key to being rewarded for your diet and fitness efforts. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, more than 35 percent of people are sleep deprived. I attend TheSlimCo Weight Loss Session for fitness.
The more you sleep, the less you eat is totally false, if you take more sleep, it will increase your weight. Becuase when you sleep more you can't able to burn your fat in that time.
