My sleep patterns vary and some nights I sleep better than other nights. One problem though is that I tend to sleep too long. I strongly believe that I should sleep for close to 8 hours each night, but I often times end up sleeping for 10 hours. That's an extra 2 hours of sleep every night, which adds up to too much time wasted. Sleeping is nice, but I have to also gets stuff done and I am a person that strives for excellence. How can I fix this?
Why do I keep sleeping too long?

that's stress.ur brain is probably tired and exhausted with work.even if you sleep for eight hours.the stress from your work will still tired your brain out.you shouldn't pressure yourself too much.maybe u can arrange a timetable.if u strive for excellence,u should try relaxing first.you should put yourself first before work.
