Almost every night I have crazy nightmares about figures trying to get me, me dying, or I don't have a dream at all. I get frightened every night before I sleep because of my nightmares. Can they come true? What are these nightmares telling me? Ps: I like multiple answers so I have different things to try
Why do I keep having these nightmares? What are they telling me?

After you finish dinner, don't brush your teeth, etc and go directly to sleep. Instead, wait about 10 minutes before doing all those stuff, and you're probably fine.
If it doesn't work, then I'd say that dreams may or may not come true. There's this French person who dreamed the future (except it wasn't the deep future and they were all bad) every night, and he prevented it from happening.
Either you are full of stress or something's been going on, if the 1st line didn't work.
I am 13 and i also have nightmares, usually of my best friend, cousin and baby brothers dying (the first two are true) but sometimes about being taken away from my family. They are very scary and I now usually do not go to bed until 3/4 am (it is 12:15 now) because I can not bring myself to go to sleep incase I have nightmares again.
My advice would be to try reading a book until you fall asleep reading it so you are distracted or listening to music while you fall asleep. It sometimes works for me, I hope it will for you too. Good luck:)
