Your question does not explain itself well enough to get specific. You need to eat some fiber every day. Wheat bran is the best. Two slices of whole grain bread or a bowl of bran cereal. Veggies with every meal will do. Fiber keeps your stool soft and holds it together so you always have a good dump. If you have any other problem, mention it to your doctor at the next visit.
