Happens everywhere at random times, and its uncontrollable. also, you can just feel it perking up sometimes but even then, it gets me unaware. Nothing is wrong with me, as far as I can tell, and I am fairly young. please help.

I think its just a nerve issue you get cold it will send a shivering type of response up your spine I think its a nervous reaction that stimulates the results being shivering another thing is when you bump your funny bone it triggers a numbing response then it also can have pain with it
