every night when im about to sleep, iget paranoid and scared for no reason. even if i havent watched or seen or read anything creepy or scary. i still get paranoid and i lose sleep because of it.

You could always pretend there's a good guy from a movie or whatever your imagination makes up to protect you, and then maybe you can fall asleep thinking that.
or just memories of something creepy in a movie maybe when you were younger that are in your subconscious memory.
