Today all I did was eating some chips then while I was getting a glass of coke I had "brain fog" I felt like I had to get fresh air, but after I realized a while glass of drink had been spilt, I have no memory what so ever of how it spilt and afterwards I could not think what so ever and I had a headache at the top of the left side of my head which was more noticable if I moved my head quickly. I do not know why this happens but I aure wish I did...

You can temporarily suffer with a foggy head from lack of sleep, low blood sugar, seasonal allergies, food allergies, dehydration, or electrolyte imbalance following heavy exercise.
If you are a woman of “a certain age,” brain fog is a common symptom of menopause.
Mental fog can be caused by medications. Click here for a list of drugs that cause memory loss.
Chemotherapy has a well-known side effect referred to as “chemo fog” or “chemo brain.”
Substance abuse of any kind can lead to feeling mentally frazzled.
Sometimes brain fog symptoms are due to a more serious condition such as mercury poisoning, hormonal imbalance, depression, fibromyalgia, thyroid conditions (both hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism) or Lyme disease.
Losing mental clarity is often considered a “normal” side effect of aging, but that doesn’t mean it is an inevitable consequence of growing older. (if i helped you pls help me https://www.question.com/debate-ths-the-banning-of-photography-and-filming-1031590.html )
