I get 3-5 minute spells where I can’t feel my head and my body is dragging me to the floor. Im very young and can’t figure out how this can happen if I am physically ok.My mental health is a different story. I get waves of depression and anxiety and I have ADHD. These spells don’t occur when I heavily exercise, over eat,or I am tired. They happen more when I am walking in school. I just want it stop. Is it related to my mental disorder

Because of the overwhelming amount of people in school, you could be feeling anxious. Not everyone realizes when they will feel anxious, it can come at a surprise and be too overwhelming to deal with in the moment. Go to the doctor to make sure you have no deficiencies first, and consult with them on finding help for why this happens. If this is mental, you will probably be taught coping skills by someone capable. There are people out there who’s jobs include helping people feel normal through their daily lives and make sure things like anxiety and depression can be less present in people’s behavior and descisions.
