Why do I feel insecure about my relationship with my gf?

Well, my gf doesn't feel comfortable hugging me and kissing me.When the girls a.k.a HATERS are around. She thought they wouldn't tell the whole school that we go out. Turns out they did,and my gf doesn't act like she really likes me anymore kind of. Help me out!
