I was on a chat site and turned out i wasn't the only one who did it. at least five others told me they do the same thing. I'm constantly looking over my shoulder
because i have strange feelings constantly that someone, or something, may be watching me.
Is there some type of phobia or some good explanation for me, plus others, to do this?
This can be the effect of either a form of Anxiety, or Paranoia. Both are quite common so don't worry about being different or anything like that, I also personally do this at least once a minute. The only reason mine is so frequent is due to ADHD. If it's just one of the two I mentioned at the beginning it is very unlikely that it will get worse.

PS. it would be wise to maybe go to a psychiatrist and talk to them about this, just in case.
