I am constantly frustrated when a tv show is released on dvd only to find that the episodes are lined up all out of order! Quite often this directly effects the narrative flow during a binge watch. In my experience it's often a lot worse with cartoons, with some episodes being omitted completely! Why do companies do this? To my mind there's just no point to it, and it could even effect sales negatively. But they must do this for a reason...?
