Why do Birds fly together?

Duh, because they're all going to the same place.

Basically, flocks of birds are like a family. They move together and live near each other.
They fly in formation because the front bird gives the birds behind it lift, and the birds behind them get more lift, and it's only tiring for the front bird, but the position is rotated.
