Why do bedbugs bite me and no one else in my house?

I have read it can be fragrance they are attracted to. I am very hygienic and they would walk a mile over hot coals to eat me. Rubbing alcohol sprayed on your body numerous times a day helps alot. A product called Sniper the bedbug solution contains cedar oil and helps kill bedbugs and is safe to use on clothes, body, bed and environment. Those two things help the most. I am infested and have moved to try to escape, but the battle is still going..
