I'm female, 28 and feel that I've struggled to get interview when I know lots of women middle aged seem to have no trouble getting something. I've been asked about childcare in my interviews and I say I have no kids (don't want any), and I've done freelance work and got it straight away but I'm thinking that applying to an employer is a waste of time unless they know me. The This has upset me. I live I have Blackpool in the north Engl. Maybe it's bad there but I'm very industrious, vibrant, young at my best my times my own,. The So what is this horrid discrimination and nobody will tell me truth.Tight lipped and hush hush!!!! I'll rise above it as I'm ambitious and want money to live a good life and be happy. Not much to ask is It?

Actually middle aged women have some experience to handle the things especially in child care matters. If you get experience 1 to 2 years you feel that opportunities come to you. If you study middle aged woman who got the job for childcare definately she has children or she told the employer, she has children.
