The internet in general isn't always safe for kids so I think their idea was to make a corner of the internet that they could watch over and make safe. Without that, kids will go looking elsewhere and may find themselves preyed on by adults.

they made it safe and to have fun when you are bored. there are also more websites which is like club penguin where you make your own avatar and play with it such as www.fantage.com, poptropica.com, woozworld and the others find it by yourself but try these websites they are very fun and safe specially fantage
