My friend said something that made me sad and I almost started crying, but I didn't, he told me his heart got heavier and slower. Why did it do this? Then after that he called himself stupid and I told him he wasn't and he told me that when I said that his heart got lighter and faster. Why did that happen?

well our bodys recognize other things before we know it what one doesn't know is you won't see the physical compression but you know it because you feel it and it holds a sign of being familar with the feeling but not really holding prefrance as to the final feeling what we see and feel tells us something changes we feel let down when someone feels something and tells us that the person may be having problems and reaching out for help
