So I wired a microwave fan into my wall outlet and it started to spin up, but then it tripped the breaker. What is the issue with this?
Why did my beaker trip?

Your house is wired with several outlets and maybe some lights on a single breaker. A 1300 watt microwave oven draws 13 amps, so if you turn on two 100 watt lamps, you are right at the limit of a 15 amp breaker.
BTW, what is a "microwave fan"? A microwave oven has a fan in it, but it is not called a "microwave fan".
The fan within the microwave rated at 120v and 1.3 AMPs. Its the large blower motor connected to two fans.
