When my daughter was 4 I noticed little breasts starting. Now at only 6 I see little armpit hairs and body odor from her armpits. I read online it could be milk... but she doesn't drink any. Is this common in kids these days or is something going on... of course I will be going to the doc as well.

I'm no doctor of course but the truth is everyone developed at their own pace. Your child may be just a fast maturing child. If you 're completely convinced this is an abnormal development then it is still necessary to consult a doctor. There is no need to be worried but even though your darling daughter doesn't drink milk every women produces milk naturally. I hope I helped you, remember there shouldn't be a reason for you to be worried about your daughter but still consult a doctor
What do you feed her mostly? Certain foods, like soy (as in soy milk or tofu or fast foods), have estrogen mimicking compounds that could produce effects like this. Also, certain lotions and creams have estrogen in them, which could be transferred from you to your daughter. Are any of your birth control pills missing?
Of course, it might just be that she's developing more quickly than the average little bear. Basically, don't worry until the doctor tells you to.
