Your clothes can easily weigh five pounds. Shoes alone might weigh that much. A pint of liquid weighs a little over a pound, and you don't say what your healthy breakfast was, but that can weigh a couple of pounds. And when you sweat, it's possible for a remarkable amount of dust to stick to your body. Take a shower and see how much of it disappears. (Remember you might have a pint or so of water stuck to your apparently dry skin.)
