There will be people that go overseas where there is winter and they need to have the appropriate clothing on. Or some people might buy gifts for friends/family that live in colder regions. :-)
They export them to countries that are experiencing winter or produce them in that time for when winter starts as it takes time to make the products for the coming winter season.
