Why could there be different reputations for the same person?

Reputations can vary due to that person having different relationships with people, and how they know them. For example, if that person is selling something online, then their reputation will be based on the quality of the product they are selling, and when it's delivered by. But if it's their work reputation, it will be based on if they're ever late for work, and how much work they do.
