I'm 6'2 i have strong legs but cant dunk. Its not a matter of athleticism because i'm very athletic fast strong little body fat. On leg curls for my quads i do about 195lbs and for my hams i do 195. On calf raises I do 65 on each side. I dunked a couple months ago before i even started working out and in the summer 3x before i was as strong as i am now why can't i dunk. Is it possible i've lost muscle instead of gained b/c I feel like I'm still jumping as high as i used to jump.

Here is a few things that can be happening.
Problem one: You're approaching wrong.
Problem two: You might not have the speed you need.
Problem three: It could simply just be that you're not jumping fast enough.
Here's some advice if you're doing lob dunks off the ground or backboard: Swing your arms up when you jump. And that's what always helps me. So again let me know what you think and I will go further on helping you if you need more explained.
