Why are progressive taxes more equitably then regressive taxes?

Progressive taxation is part of the Communist Manifesto. A progressive income tax goes hand in hand with a central bank. The bank creates money and the tax destroys it. (All the money collected by IRS is deposited with the central bank and simply disappears.)

Equitable definition - characterized by equity or fairness; just and right; fair; reasonable: equitable treatment of all citizens.
