Why are people reluctant to use Pay Pal?

Because do not know that Pay Pal is actually quite secure and besides they may not be willing to share their credit card information on the net in case the site shares it with someone else............ Oldies prefer their tried and tested method of cash on delivery and do not easily trust the net....
