It actually depends. It's either it runs in your blood or there is really something wrong with you. Have you tried going to the doctor to have it checked? Or you can also visit a chiropractor from thehealingbridge.ca and undergo therapy or chiropractic adjustments. You better have it checked immediately to end your suffering and before it gets worse.
Did the doctor also check the root cause of the pain? Although I am not a practitioner or a doctor myself, I am suspecting there is something wrong with your spine. I've learned how important our spine is from drfryer.ca. You have to keep it aligned and healthy. You have to realize that the spine houses your nerves. These nerves must have a smooth path for the messages to be brought to the brain and to the different parts of your body and back.
That's sad to hear. W all don't want to experience pain. What you can do right now is rest and put some ice compress on the affected area. Maybe you are just tired or using your body a lot without doing some stretching. As an athlete, I also experienced some body pain and swelling of my joints. But when I took supplements from kinglyvelvet.com, my body is okay now and getting better. Doing a lot of activities in a day can wear you out, so you need also to take care of your body by eating the right food.
