I don't know why but my hands are always so red, I've actually started to hide them now at school. People have even said that my skin is gross, and that my hands aren't normal. It's happening all the time now, and I'm starting to get worried. I have told my Mum quite a few time but she doesn't think it's a big deal. I just don't know what to do!

How old are you? It might be your allergic to something your using could be your soap laundry detergent something that might have something that's harmful that might be showing the redness might be that end result it also could be a hypertension where you don't have the circulation you need so it could be many things.
First I have to say...
NICE NAME!!!
well ok. Now the spotlight is in your hands.
Hands turn red, when they have been excessively slapped, or you have been closing your hands to hard. Offcourse your mother would think that your hand is normal, but from the skin perspective, I would recommend to go a skin doctor. Now if your skin doctor says anything weird, then yes somethings wrong. When he says your allergic to something then you better watch out what you use.
PS. Sometimes its also in the hygienic of the body, and the nutrients of your skin are getting. Make sure it has enough nutrients from the sun, and don't stress too much about anything. Hormones could be another problem at teenagers, as they can release different substances that can make you look weird. eg Acne.
