Last year I was new to running and I was really good. I did a 19 minute 5k. Now, I struggle to run in the 20s and my mile time is like 20 seconds off my PR (5:15). How can I get back to being good???

well check if your gaining weight that is a one factor why you are getting slower then go with a more vigorous training in running not what you usual do because your body is used to it and it will effect your speed and developed your skills do those vigorous training that can help you maximize your speed
