I am only eating about 1500 calories a day. Lean meat, fruits and vegetables. Marking down everything I put in my mouth. I have been at this for 3 weeks. Going to the gym for an hour a day going between cardio and weights. I have not lost a single pound or any inches. I dont understand!! Please help
I am overweight for my height. I am 5 feet tall and 145. I have been 110 pounds all my life and recently went through a stressful time and gained weight.
This is just a example of my meal choices . I dont drink soda or energy drinks anymore.
B- Apple, juiced carrots and a 100 calorie english muffin.
L- lean chicken about the size of my fist. broccoli and corn.
D- Pasta or a protein shake with fruit or vegetables.
