You should always, ALWAYS, research any prescription drug before taking it. Just type the name into your browser's address window, or go to google.com.

Notice that those are psychological symptoms, not symptoms of any known disease. Psychology is the study of the way people think. Nobody knows how people think, they only know how they act, so your doctor is guessing. Doctors have totally snockered the country into thinking they know something when they don't.
Other doctors have investigated these conditions more carefully and determined that they are caused by nutritional deficiencies, specifically B vitamins, but your doctor has no training in nutrition. Some doctors have challenged me on that point, but it always comes out that they are trained in dietetics, not nutrition: they don't even know the difference.
Bottom line: you have to study some books about nutrition so you know how to eat right. Get nutritional yeast or B-50 or B-100 tablets. (Yeast can cause gas problems.)
Uses
Propanolol is a beta blocker used to treat high blood pressure, irregular heartbeats, shaking (tremors), and other conditions. It is used after a heart attack to improve the chance of survival. It is also used to prevent migraine headaches and chest pain (angina). Lowering high blood pressure helps prevent strokes, heart attacks, and kidney problems. Preventing chest pain can help improve your ability to exercise.
This drug works by blocking the action of certain natural chemicals in your body (such as epinephrine) that affect the heart and blood vessels. This effect reduces heart rate, blood pressure, and strain on the heart.

"Lowering high blood pressure", get it? There is the cause of your blackouts. What nitwit told you to take this for psychological symptoms? Do not go back to see that fool again. He is downright dangerous.
Thank you for all of this information. I'm rather shocked actually that my doctor would prescribe me with something actually harmful to me, I'm going to make an appointment and figure this out as soon as possible.
Once again- thank you so much.
