So I'm 21 years old. I sleep eight plus hours a night. I workout. three to four times a week. I'm not overtraining I have been doing so for over a year. I eat really well I calculate my intake of fat carbs and protein. Drink around a half to an entire gallon of water a day. I am also very physically fit with almost no body fat and an extremely good Bmi. I don't understand why I'm always So blank and fatigued. I read stuff online but I don't find one actual cure or one thing I could change in my daily routine to help.

You could be deficient in Vitamin D. Also problems with the Thyroid can cause unexplainable fatigue as well. I believe hypothyroidism. (when your thyroid is not functioning properly and can't keep up with your body). However that is usually accompanied with frequent urination and hair loss. I suffer from the same fatigue problem. I work out a few times a week and keep a balanced diet. My doctor told me it was a vitamin B & D deficiency that was the cause of my fatigue. Also, if you are a women, our hormones can also impact the way we feel because of the transitions our bodies go through each month for our monthly cycles. That may also be a contributing factor (since you didn't specify your gender). You might try taking supplements and see if your fatigue decreases. Another thing that my uncle tried was Iron supplements. Also you can try magnesium supplements. A study showed that many Americans (if you are from America) are deficient in Magnesium. This can also be related to fatigue and a cloudy headed feeling. Whenever I started taking Magnesium supplements, I noticed a difference in my energy level and my level of focus within a few days. Hope some of this helped out!
