Im 14 and I allways get enough sleep but allways tired and get headaches oftenly in the afternoon. I just get bored and switch off and end up falling asleep in lessons, which is affecting my learnimg but I cant help it, any anwsers?

Try to get involve in meditation and exercise which is going to be helpful in your body fitness and makes you feel refreshing and healthy. Take a proper and healthy diet which may be the reason behind this. Sit with the students which you like and get involve in activities and make yourself busy.
