Why a movie of 3 hours take 350 or 400 mb but a recorded video of 3 hours take 12 or 14 G.B. space?

There are several ways to encode a movie.

It depends on how the movie and video were compressed and encoded. If the movie is in an 1080P MP4 form and the recorded video is in (for example) a 240P 3gp video file, then the recorded video would be a smaller size. It really just boils down to the type of file.
