To fix the smoke I just changed all new NGK spark plugs, but still happen with white smoke coming when car started, but after car is running there is no more smoke?

Answer

White smoke is water vapor, grey smoke is oil, and black smoke is unburned gasoline. You probably have a leaky gasket allowing coolant into the engine.
