Why does anything exist at all? Why should anything need to exist at all? How can you tell if you exist? Does anything exist? I mean it has no apparent reason to... Everyone says we need to survive and reproduce to survive and reproduce. But why? Where are we going?

If this is a serious question, then it deserves a serious answer.
The way the earth and its living things were made shows that their Creator is a God of love who really cares. The Bible says, (Romans 1:20) For his invisible qualities are clearly seen from the world’s creation onward, because they are perceived by the things made, even his eternal power and Godship.
Searching the Bible for answers, has helped me with the WHYS in my life. It shows God's purpose for us now and in the future, we just need to investigate it for ourselves.
John 17:3 say, "it means life for anyone, who takes in knowledge of God and his Son Jesus Christ".

It is very good to ask questions like this - why does anything exist at all? But how will these questions help us? We may question - why the sky looks blue, and why the grass looks green, but it's not going to make any difference. The questions that we must ask are: what is the purpose of my life on earth, who am I, am I this body that will die, what will happen after my death? We need to ask relevant questions that will help us to move forward in this journey called life, help us to overcome our ignorance, help us to be enlightened, to be free from all misery, and ultimately to be united with the Divine. Let us tweak our questions so that we find the right answers.
