6 months ago my husband broke my phone out of anger during a fight. Knowing he did wrong he promised to get me a new one. I have been using my terrible back up phone in the mean time (its cracked, freezes, ect.). Well about 2 days ago my husband put his phone on the back of our recliner chair I was sitting on abd when I got up the phone fell and cracked. Now he is claiming we are even and he doesn't have to get me a new phone. I completely disagree since he broke my phone on purpose and broke it to the point of not working and I lost all my pictures and videos. So who's right?
